Maternity Photography Session, New Canaan, CT

I’ve found that, in this business, many clients of mine become my real-life friends. In our hour-ish photoshoot, we’ll laugh, connect, joke, and in general get to know each other! And I really, really love that about being a photographer.

On the flip side, it’s also amazing when my real life friends become my clients. It’s my true joy to be able to capture true, sweet moments for people I already know and love. That was the case for Karen and Chris, friends of ours who moved cross-country with us a couple of years ago. They’re expecting their first baby, a precious girl, this summer, and I couldn’t be more thrilled for them.

We met in a beautiful park in New Canaan, CT one evening, and had a total blast.
